Avalanche Transceivers

Ortovox has been a pioneer in transceiver technology for 25 years. Each transceiver operates on the 457 kHz frequency and is capable of searching for victims up to ~80m away. 2 AA batteries are required to power each transceiver for ~300 (or more) hours of transmitting time and ~40 hours of receiving time. Each transceiver is waterproof, shock resistant, and includes a harness.
