WRSI - Whitewater Research and Safety Institute created this helmet in response to kayaking accidents due to helmet failure. The Current helmet is designed with a 4-layer construction: multiple impact shell, EVA foam, polyeurethane sub-shell and another layer of EVA foam. Fits just about anyone with the S/M size ranging from 19"- 21.5" and the M/L size ranging from 20.3" to 23.5" (measure around widest part of head). Shims for a great fit are included. Comes in either a vented or unvented shell and in several colors. You can select size, color, and style in the shopping cart.
