RAR (101): Flat repair, post ride care, how to check your bike after a crash/before a trip
- Attendees should bring:

- How to perform a preliminary suspension setup and check sag
- How and why to adjust compression and rebound settings
- Care tips for keeping suspension in good condition
- How to determine when suspension needs service
- How to diagnose common suspension problems
- Attendees should bring:
- Their bike, full suspension or hardtail
- Shock pump if you have one
- Event itinerary:
- 6:30-7:00: Social time, collect stragglers, eat snacks
