Can I return my rental on Sunday?

We are not open on Sundays.  You may return your equipment Monday morning for no additional charge.  Leave us a note on your reservation to edit the times or we can edit your reservation when you arrive for your rental.

 

Can I use this at the resort?

We do not recommend using AT gear at the resort.  In certain cases it may be helpful to experience the gear on piste but as a general rule this equipment does not perform as well on piste as compared to a heavier alpine ski setup.

 

Skins and poles are included with all ski and snowshoe rentals, we will not be renting out skins/poles individually.

 

How do I size AT skis and Splitboards?

Generally we recommend sizing the same as your resort set up.  You may want to size down depending on your experience and ability level. Generally we do not recommend sizing up in AT gear or splitboard for backcountry use.

 

Splitboard Questions

 

Do you rent snowboard boots?  

At this time we only have hardboots from Phantom Snow Industries and Key Equipment in our demo fleet. Voile soft boot bindings are free with a splitboard rental but you must bring your own boots.

 

Can I rent hardboots and/or bindings and not a splitboard?  

Yes.  Bring your own board to be set up with hardboot bindings/boots.  Please allow 30-45 minutes to install bindings on your board. If your rental includes both a splitboard and hardboots we will automatically discount the splitboard to $30/day
