Dear Wasatch Touring customers and fellow humans, We at Wasatch Touring are fully committed to getting you out into the backcountry safely. Most years, that means avy packs and bike helmets. This year, that means that we’re taking every precaution possible to make sure that we do not contribute to the spread of the novel coronavirus. But to do that, we’re going to need your help and your patience when you visit our store.

Our updated hours of operation are 11am-6 pm Monday through Saturday.

● We’re going to try to limit our personal contact with you. This is the hardest part because we’ve done business for nearly fifty years based on our personal relationships. We will limit in-store customers and we are going to maintain at least 6 feet of distance within the store.

● For our service customers, we offer curbside pickup and dropoff of bikes, skis, boots, and avy bags. We ask that you make an appointment before coming by, if possible. All of your service items will be disinfected when we accept them as well as before we give them back to you.

● In all cases, we ask that you pay for your items electronically. We will happily take your card information over the phone and you can find many of our in-store inventory items here on our website.

We are all in unknown terrain. Wasatch Touring will make every effort to maintain our high standards of customer service and also minimize the risk to our community. If we practice the same care and reverence during this journey as we do in the mountains, then we will all make it through. We’ve been here for fifty years and we will be here next year to greet you with a smile and a friendly handshake.
